Central Florida Inventor's Novel Device May Quell COVID Outbreaks

One local resident may hold the key to stifling COVID's stranglehold on our lives in the form of a small but sophisticated device. Orlando resident Emmett Imani of Erdwelle Technologies boasts of many successful innovations related to reactors and other engineering inventions but it was his latest breakthrough, an air cleansing device that eliminates COVID, that has people talking.

Although the chrysalis of his idea preceded the pandemic by three years, the stars ultimately aligned as the  international scope of the pandemic presented Imani with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: a chance to save lives by refining his purification device.

After years of trials and testing, the product is now on the verge of being exported en masse around the world to supermarkets, government offices, biosecurity firms, hospitals and airlines.

But how does this marvel of modern technology work?

Unlike most air cleansing devices, Erdwelle’s device does not utilize traditional methods.

The device’s simple but unique design serves to amplify efficiency and provide for greater safety and cleaning capabilities.

Capable of cleaning 1000 metric cubes of air in three minutes (3k cubic feet), the device uses plasma and an electromagnetic field to eliminate harmful microorganisms by oxidizing them.

The small device, which is placed in a building's central air duct, cleans more efficiently than any other product on the market and emits no harmful gases.

Within twenty minutes the device disinfects up to two logs of microorganisms, something its predecessors take four hours to achieve using ozone, UV methods.

Imani recently accepted several awards for the device and a coveted certification from the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft Institute following rigorous safety tests.

Initial studies of the device also demonstrated a positive impact on coronavirus patient recovery time and even greater capacity to keep fruit fresh for longer periods of time.

Several scientists associated with the research and development phase of Imani‘s device remarked as to their surprise about the efficiency of the system.

“They were really shocked,” Imani explained. “‘Did aliens give this to you?’ they joked to me. We are proud of our success with this device. No other method known does this in this amount of time.”

Despite the advent of vaccines and boosters, distribution lags in the Third World and many in the United States refuse to accept the necessity of inoculation. As a result, the virus will likely continue to mutate and become stronger over time.

But Imani‘s device may help provide a better response to the Coronavirus dilemma by enhancing cleansing technology and taking industry standards to the next level.

As the technology undergoes further study and tests, and ultimately worldwide distribution, Imani says he will continue to focus on increasing the efficiency of the device further as he seeks to discover even more innovative ways to combat the scourge of the virus.
