Endorsements: 2022 General Election
Endorsements from publications not only provide an avenue for voters to make decisions based on trusted sources, but also define the values and opinions of writers and board members.
While news should remain distinct in every way from opinion, commentary and endorsements, we feel it be the mission of this publication to pick up where others like the Orlando Sentinel left off, as a "logical, Christian, law-abiding, patriotic and [force] for Central Florida [and Florida]. Thankfully, since 1980, the Local News has held steadfast to that mission abdicated years ago by other legacy news outlets.
We will continue to endorse State and National candidates in the future, unlike the Sentinel. However, we do not find every race or candidate worthy of endorsement, and therefore, will refrain from providing our input in such cases.
The General Election is on November 8, 2022. Find our 2022 General Election endorsements below.
