A new, world class development near UCF will house 1,635 new students and other residents. The new "Collegiate Village at Paseo" will be located close to the entrance of the university, on the corner of Alafaya Trail/SR 434 and and University Blvd. The project comes as the school faces greater demands on housing and dorm capacity.
The development will not only cater to students but also those working in nearby offices and restaurants, attracting a solid mix of tenants. The property is set to include a spacious parking area to meet the needs of residents and businesses. The project will be divided into several phases, featuring restaurants, a grocer, outdoor recreational areas and a stage.
