Orlando International Airport to Give Update on Terminal C Opening

Orlando International Airport is getting ready for one of its biggest moves yet. Terminal C is set to open this month, and the expansion comes as travel continues to increase at the airport.
Officials said the $3 billion facility will offer new amenities and feature state-of-the-art technology. Some of the new features include facial recognition at the gates and automated screening lanes at Transportation Security Administration checkpoints.
Airport leaders said that to start, the new terminal will help serve an additional 10 to 12 million travelers a year.
