Former Rep. Mica Presents Papers to Winter Park Library

Former representative John Mica presented his congressional papers this past week to the Winter Park Library.
The Congressman's service was marked by championship with the transportation committee in 24 years in the House of Representatives, following a career in real estate as well as serving as Chief of Staff for Florida's first and only female US Senator, Paula Hawkins.
Mica also served in the Florida House.
