Complaint Alleges State Legislator Committed Voter Fraud

An anonymous informant to the Local News indicates Anthony Sabatini may be under investigation for voter fraud. A recent report filed with the Florida Department of State's Division of Elections alleges that Anthony Sabatini and his wife, in fact, live together as man and wife contrary to their stated addresses listed voter rolls.
The report comes following recent word of the couple's separation, despite the dozens of witnesses verifying the two reside in the same household. Lying about one's residence when applying to vote carries penalty of purgery.
Anthony Sabatini currently collects pay as a State Representative in his home district in Lake County while his wife is listed as living in Lake Mary.
