After defeating loose cannon and extremist State Rep. Anthony Sabatini in the Florida Congressional District 7 Republican Primary, war hero and GOP nominee Cory Mills now faces yet another extremist: radical leftist Dr. Karen Green. Dr. Green, who associates with leftists such as disgraced Tallahssee Mayor and former Democrat gubernatorial hopeful Andrew Gillum, is the Vice Chair of the Florida Democratic Party.

According to all indications, Dr. Green comes into the race in a weak position, with the district being +7 in favor of the GOP candidate. Aside from electoral strength, Dr. Green also lags behind in funding. A Federal Elections Commission (FEC) report indicates that Green’s congressional campaign is -$2992.03 in the hole and raised an underwhelming $27,715.75 throughout the primary season with a mere $12,000 in the form of a loan Green allotted her campaign.

All evidence points to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) remaining outside of the race, meaning a likely defeat in the November General Election.

A staunch supporter of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, Dr. Green's political views fall well outside those of most residents in the district. What's more concerning, however: her non-profit Liberty and Justice for All Community Foundation, which had its tax exemption revoked by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for failure to file (3) consecutive tax returns.

The new district 7 covers all of Seminole County and a significant portion of Volusia.
