Mark Levin to Anthony Sabatini “I Consider You an Elitist”

Fox News host and constitutional scholar Mark Levin lacerated State Representative Anthony Sabatini Saturday during a debate for Congressional District 7 at the Sunshine Summit.
While most candidates gave straight answers on the subject of foreign policy, Sabatini consistently dodged questions relating to international affairs and America’s role in the world.
“You’re not answering the question,“ Levin told Sabatini.
Levin, undeterred, pressed Sabatini about the appropriate policy approach the United States should take toward Ukraine. Diverting away from his usual isolationist attitude, Sabatini deflected by discussing NATO but eventually admitted his own preference: to allow Ukraine to fight on their own without support.
When asked about a potential Russian invasion of Poland, Sabatini begrudgingly responded that the United States had a contractual obligation to support Poland but the State Representative stated he would prefer no intervention by American military assets, agreeing with the notion that Europe should go its own way.
Sabatini blamed problemic "elites in Washington" as a cause for the Ukraine War, Levin punched back, charging in no uncertain terms, "I consider you an elite!" Levin lambasted Representative Sabatini's policy positions calling them "radical" as well.
In a double whammy this week, Sabatini also took heat in the form of a mailer from the Citizens for Better Government Accountability PAC, citing his constitent record-breaking absences from the state legislature.
Hosted by Governor Ron DeSantis and the Republican Party in Hollywood, Florida, the Sunshine Summit is well underway, showcasing Republican candidates from across state. The summit concludes on July 23, 2022.
