A new public records request has confirmed that State Representative Anthony Sabatini (R) and his wife Francheska apparently no longer live with each other. While the degree of their separation remains unknown, no divorce documents have been filed.
.
The news of their separation comes after an outburst at a recent hobnob by Sabatini where many onlookers described the so-called conservative firebrand as highly intoxicated. The nature of the separation between Sabatini and his wife is not yet known.
.
Information regarding Sabatini's apparent separation from his wife came as a result of a voter registration public records request. Requests shows Sabatini is currently residing at an address in Howey-in-the-Hills, outside of congressional district 7 (where he is currently running).
..
His wife resides in Lake Mary, a major city in Congressional District 7, recently switching her registration to her mother's address after vacating her State Committeewoman seat in Lake County this past month.

Election experts tell the Local News that one of the pair may be engaging in voter fraud if the couple were to be found living at the same address and voting in different districts.
.
Voter fraud has been steadily increasing in recent years and Governor Ron DeSantis recently formed an election security force to combat the crimes.
.
Were one or both to be charged, they wouldn't be the first in Seminole County to be implicated in election related crimes. Ben Paris, Chairman of the Seminole GOP, and two others were recently charged in a probe seeking to uncover facts around a ghost candidate scheme in relation to Jason Brodeur’s (R) Senate seat.*
.
A State Rep. cannot move outside their district without losing legislative pay. Sabatini decided to remain in the State House district he currently represents in Lake County, outside of Congressional District 7's boundaries, despite running for Congress in that seat. We reached out to Sabatini on this issue and received no response.

*An earlier version of this article stated that Ben Paris (Seminole's GOP Chairman) and three others were arrested. Authorities did not officially arrest Paris and only two others in Central Florida have been charged
