State Rep. Anthony Sabatini Set For Special Announcement Monday
With his political future an open book, State Representative Anthony Sabatini prepares to give a special announcement on Monday, March 8. Sabatini will host the announcement at his family's restaurant, JB Boondocks, located near Howie-in-the-Hills. The event is set to begin at 11 AM.
"I'm making a HUGE campaign announcement," Sabatini relayed through a press release. "It's time for America-First Conservatives to stand up and fight! Join me and fellow patriots on Monday, March 8 as we take on the radical left and revive America."
Over the course of the past few weeks, political analysts, and even Sabatini himself, tossed around the idea that the conservative star may run for higher office. The announcement comes at a time when the state legislature works out the redistricting of legislative and Congressional seats at the close of the 2020 census.
The long-time Lake County resident enjoys wide spread support in the area and a mammoth following on Twitter. Rep. Sabatini's status as an outsider earned him points among Republicans across the state. His stalwart support for President Donald Trump has fostered close relationships with allies of the former Chief Executive, such as Republican firebrand Congressman Matt Gaetz.
His record as a two term State Representative surpasses many career political leaders in both the large and the small. Governor DeSantis recently agreed to lower state flags following a suggestion by Sabatini after the passing of radio icon Rush Limbaugh, a legendary conservative host and Florida resident. Rep. Sabatini's latest legislative proposals earned him praise as well from Trump world and Republicans all across the country, with his most popular bill aiming to name US Highway 27 in honor of the former President.
