Jesus was Trans & Transgender Bathrooms Protected by US Constitution, Activists in Florida Proclaim

After newly elected Orange County Public School Board member Alicia Farrant discussed parental concerns over transgender bathrooms in Orange County, local activists attacked everything from her Christian faith, to her husband’s sexuality, and even claimed that Jesus Christ was a tranny. 

The debate over transgender students, who Orange County Public Schools admits are not tracked or documented, reached a head in January when newly elected School Board member Alicia Farrant brought up complaints from parents about male students claiming transgender status causing biological female students to feel uncomfortable when they used the girls restroom.

According to Florida Voice, Farrant had a parent tell her that her daughter was made to feel so uncomfortable by the presence of a male student claiming transgender status in the girls bathroom, that she couldn’t urinate and had to wait to relieve herself until the school day ended.

“THEIR DAUGHTER HAS WALKED IN [THE BATHROOM] AND THEY SEE A MALE STUDENT WHO IS DRESSED AS A FEMALE, A TRANS, WHEN THEY SEE THE MALE STUDENT, IT MAKES THEM FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, AND THEY TURN AROUND AND HOLD THEIR PEE THE REST OF THE DAY,” SHE SAID.

“FROM WHAT I’M HEARING FROM THE COMMUNITY, AND WHAT I’M FEELING, IS THAT WE HAVE TO GO BACK TO ANY GROUP, MULTI-STALL, BATHROOMS SHOULD BE SEPARATED BY BIOLOGICAL SEX. AND THEN THERE ARE SINGLE STALL BATHROOMS SPRINKLED THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL THAT ANY CHILD CAN USE.”

Just last year, a grand jury found that the Superintendent of Loudoun County in Virginia orchestrated a coverup after a transgender student that is biologically male raped a female student while being allowed to use the girls restroom.

Despite her request to investigate the matter and bring it to a work session, which was denied by the rest of the school board, Orange County School Board Member Farrant almost immediately faced a series of anti-Christian and unhinged emails to her official OCPS email address, including one that claimed Jesus Christ was a transgender.

Before we get to the content of the emails, which we obtained and paid for through public records requests, it is important to acknowledge that Farrant won her election to represent Orange County Public Schools in the 3rd district of the school board, radical leftwing activists spent months deriding her Christian faith and punishing her for providing this journalist with evidence of a filthy pornographic book being available to underage children in the Orange County Public Schools library system.

The book, Gender Queer, depicts written and illustrative text of sexual acts, discussions and depictions of oral sex, the use of strapon dildos, and many more overtly sexual situations that would in any sane society require parental consent in order for students to digest on the taxpayers dime.

Jen Cousins, a noted transgender / LGBT activist who has sued Governor Ron DeSantis,  gushed about reading the filthy pornographic book Gender Queer to her children, was busted last year lying on a 911 phone call telling law enforcement that this journalist was harassing her and had made other threats (a total lie). One has to wonder what type of mother would read such material, presumably before bedtime with their minor children.

Despite the fact that Farrant, a Christian non-profit leader and concerned mother of numerous children in Orange County Public Schools being concerned over the sexualizing of public school students, she was attacked without impunity for alerting this gay journalist about this abhorrent book. After simply reading aloud the portions of this book during public comment at an OCPS meeting in late 2021, this journalist was forcibly removed by law enforcement because it “violated decorum.”

Fast forward to Farrant’s very germane and basic request to review the transgender bathroom policy in Orange County public schools in Central Florida. Farrant told us in an interview in mid-December that transparency, parental rights, and getting public schools back to the basics were her top priorities.

The “tolerant” trans and LGBTQ+++ community launched into a bigoted tirade against Farrant, despite their own self-claimed allegiance to tolerance.

One person emailed in response to Farrant’s parent driven discussion on transgender bathrooms (Farrant is a Moms for Liberty member), by claiming that Board Member Farrant should be more concerned about six year olds sneaking guns into schools to murder their classmates.

They also claimed that gender is a human construct and that Farrant’s husband, who she has five children with, was likely homosexual or pedophile, and that transgender people were like clownfish who could change gender at any moment.

“WE ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT .1% -.6% OF TRANS PEOPLE…WE ARE ACTUALLY WORRIED ABOUT YOUR STRAIGHT (MAYBE) WHITE HUSBAND. BECAUSE THE RESEARCH CLEARLY STATES A STRAIGHT WHITE MALE IS MOLESTING, RAPING AND KILLING OUR CHILDREN!! SO GET THE FACTS BEFORE YOU LIE AGAIN.

WHEN YOU COME TO ME ASKING ABOUT TRANS AND THE BIBLE, HERE YOU GO:

There is certainly a lot to unpack in the above message, which sounds like the ramblings of a severely unwell individual, who identified themselves as “Tom” or “Tona.” From Jesus Christ being a tranny to claiming that the Bible was created to control the masses without love, compassion, or empathy, it’s hard to believe that people like this actually exist without being confined to a padded room.

Another email in response to Farrant’s questioning of OCPS policy of group bathrooms to cater to transgender students, a segment of the student population that they have no documentation on to even determine or justify such a policy, called Farrant a transphobic “piece of shit”, among other things including calling her a “Trump cultist.”

“YOU’RE NOTHING BUT A TRANSPHOBIC PIECE OF SH*T. GET OVER IT BIGOT TRANS PEOPLE EXIST WHETHER YOUR GARBAGE A** LIKES IT OR NOT, YOU NASTY TRUMP CULTIST!”

Touching on the outright hypocrisy of the radical trans activists polluting political discourse and our educational institutions across America, one activist claimed Farrant was making up a complaint she got from a parent of a female student who was made to feel so uncomfortable by the presence of a biological male in the girls bathroom.

“YOUR STORY ABOUT A PARENT WHO APPROACHED YOU ABOUT A CHILD WHO WAS TRAUMATIZED BY A TRANS STUDENT IN A BATHROOM STRIKES ME AS FABRICATION. IT REMINDS ME OF MCCARTHYSM, WHERE YOU CLAIM TO HAVE PROOF IN AN ENVELOPE OF HORRIBLE CRIMES, BUT WE NEVER GET TO VERIFY THE CONTENT.

MAYBE YOU COULD HAVE THE PARENT STEP FORWARD? MAYBE YOU COULD REDACT THE NAMES OF THE COMPLAINT OR INVESTIGATION DONE BY THE SCHOOL AND THE CLAIM COULD BE INVESTIGATED.

OR MAYBE YOU ARE FABRICATING STORIES OUT OF WHOLE CLOTH.
WE MAY DIFFER IN WORLD OUTLOOKS, BUT LET’S AT LEAST STICK TO THE TRUTH.”

 

Isn’t it interesting that while OCPS does not track or even provide documentation on how many transgender students are in Orange County public schools, radical trans activists are demanding that any parent or student who raises concerns with OCPS should be identified and investigated.

Even more concerning is that OCPS Superinendent Maria Vasquez claims that in the past four years that none of the documented offenses relating to sexual misconduct in OCPS schools involved a trasngender student. How could she make that determination when OCPS claims to not have a way to document or track transgender students in Orange County public schools?

One activist even issued veiled threats at Farrant telling her that “we” are watching everything you do on social media and saving “in case you think it’s a good idea to run again,” before claiming (you guessed it), that free speech rights are not 100% absolute and that challenging the trans community is “hate speech.”

JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT PEOPLE ARE WATCHING AND LISTENING. EVERY WORD YOU SAY, WE ARE SAVING INTO VIDEO CLIPS. EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA POST YOU MAKE IS BEING SAVED. AND THESE WILL ALL BE USED TO EDUCATE DISTRICT 3 SHOULD YOU THINK IT’S A GOOD IDEA TO RUN AGAIN.

YOU OWE THE ENTIRE DISTRICT AN APOLOGY. YOU DO HAVE FREE SPEECH RIGHTS. HOWEVER, THOSE RIGHTS ARE NOT 100% ABSOLUTE. HATE SPEECH WHICH ‘TRANS WHATEVER’ IS MOST ASSUREDLY IS HATE SPEECH HAS NO PLACE IN THE YEAR 2023.

Several also demanded in the days following the January OCPS school board meeting where Farrant asked for the concerns from parents over transgender students being allowed to float into whatever bathroom they see fit, that Farrant be publicly reprimanded and censured.

“WE IN DISTRICT 3 DEMANDS THAT A. FERRANT, THE IGNORANT INSENSITIVE ONE, APOLOGIZE FOR HER DISRESPECTFUL SLUR TOWARDS OUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITHIN THE TRANS COMMUNITY .

WE IN DISTRICT 3 INSIST THAT THEY EDUCATE HER AND PUBLICLY CENSURE OR REPRIMAND HER FOR THIS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SLUR.”

To OCPS Superintendent Maria Vasquez’s credit, she told them on several occasions that OCPS Board Member Farrant was duly elected by the voters in her district and that it was not the place of the Superintendent or OCSP School Board to issue petty punishments or official decrees on the whims of the radical trans lobby.

Caryn Grainer, an attorney living in Hollywood, Florida claiming to be a parent of a transgender, claimed that transgender individuals’ right to use whatever bathroom they see fit based on whatever gender they claim to be is actually protected by the United States Constitution. Grainer went on to state that Farrant is “dangerous, homophobic.”

“MY CHILD IS NOT A “WHATEVER.” THEY ARE STILL MY CHILD NO MATTER THEIR GENDER AND YOUR HOMOPHOBIC RANT SHOWS WHAT A DISGUSTING, PREJUDICED UNQUALIFIED AND DANGEROUS POLITICIAN YOU ARE. YOU REPRESENT ALL THE PEOPLE. READ THE CONSTITUTION! THIS DOCUMENT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ANY PERSON, OF ANY SEX, OF ANY RACE. ANOTHER IGNORANT FLORIDA POLITICIAN GIVING FODDER TO THE MEDIA AND LATE NIGHT STAIRIST ABOUT HOW DUMB THE REPRESENTATIVES OF FLORIDA TRULY ARE! YOU ARE IN GOOD COMPANY, DESANTOS COPY CAT.”

This journalist is unaware of any segment of the constitution that defines protections for the creation and legal basis for transgender bathrooms, unless there is a recent revision that we missed.

Actually, United States Court of Appeals Judge Barbara Lagoa, who previously served on the Florida Supreme Court and was a finalist to replace United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, issued a decision against a transgender student who claimed it was a violation of the Title IX clause of the Education Amendments Act to make students use the restroom corresponding with their biological sex or separate individual restroom as to not create uncomfortable scenarios with other students.

“SEPARATING SCHOOL BATHROOMS BASED ON BIOLOGICAL SEX IS CONSTITUTIONAL AND DOESN’T VIOLATE TITLE IX, AN EN BANC ELEVENTH CIRCUIT SAID FRIDAY IN A DIVIDED RULING THAT MAY HAVE WIDESPREAD CONSEQUENCES IN ALABAMA, FLORIDA, AND GEORGIA.

A FLORIDA SCHOOL BOARD DIDN’T VIOLATE TRANSGENDER HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT DREW ADAMS’ EQUAL PROTECTION RIGHTS WHEN IT PROHIBITED HIM FROM USING THE BOYS’ BATHROOMS AT ALLEN D. NEASE HIGH SCHOOL, THE COURT SAID, REVERSING A TRIAL COURT.

THE US HAS A LONG TRADITION OF SEPARATING SEXES IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE USE OF PUBLIC BATHROOMS, JUDGE BARBARA LAGOA SAID FOR THE SEVEN-JUDGE US COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE ELEVENTH CIRCUIT MAJORITY. SUCH SEX-BASED CLASSIFICATIONS HAVE NEVER NECESSARILY RUN AFOUL OF THE EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE, SHE SAID.”

Lagoa also stated that equating sex with gender identity would be harmful to girls, women’s rights, and girls sports.

Despite the vile, nasty, insane emails Farrant received for simply documenting a complaint from a parent and asking the Orange County Public School Board to review their policy on allowing transgender students in bathrooms not corresponding with their biological sex, she remains firm in supporting family values and protecting the children in OCPS schools.

“I AM WILLING TO TAKE THE ARROWS IN ORDER TO  PROTECT THE INNOCENCE OF OUR CHILDREN. I WILL CONTINUE TO STAND FOR FAMILY VALUES, MORALS AND DECENCY TO BE UPHELD IN OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS, NO EXCEPTIONS, FARRANT TOLD THE CENTRAL FLORIDA POST. 

To cap it off, a random trans activist Twitter account claimed that no public records existed of anyone contacting Farrant in the aftermath of her statements during the Orange County Public School Board meeting, which really shows how much the radical trans lobby has jumped the shark.
