Alexis Newlin, Daughter of Attorney Dan Newlin, Graduates USAF Basic Training

Central Florida attorney Dan Newlin recently journeyed to Lackland Air Force Base for his daughter Alexis' USAF Basic Training graduation ceremony. Newlin proudly posted the photos on social media. It is little surprise Newlin's daughter joined the military given his heavy emphasis on the importance of service to the nation and the community.

Newlin said of his daughter on Instagram: "Embracing you today at your Air Force Graduation meant everything. I love you with my whole heart, you are my life, my moon, my stars. Now take all you have learned and continue to climb! Remember each day brings new energy! I love you!"

He also highlighted his daughter's kindness dedication to service over self in another post under a photo of Alexis' "Flight" conducting marching drills during the ceremony. Newlin's daughter also played in the band during the ceremony.

In a statement to the Local News, Newlin described his daughter like this: "As a father I could not be more proud, Alexis is a unique, giving heartfelt young woman, you wont see her in the newspaper buying a 25m home ever, but you might find her helping the homeless and feeding the hungry, that is my daughter."

The attorney said that, although he is extremely proud of what his firm has accomplished, he feels his greatest legacy is his daughter, and his first priority is family. Newlin explained that his daughter Alexis first took interest in the US military after a tour of Patrick Air Force Base, ultimately a decision which would lead her to enlist in the USAF.

Newlin frequently supports the military and law enforcement by hosting free events and concerts for those serving. His patriotic attitude and focus on the local community has earned him respect in all quarters of the state and his daughter has followed in his footsteps.
