Distinguished Constitutional Attorney Joins Montague Campaign
The Willie Montague for Congress campaign recently announced the hiring of attorney Michael Yoder as campaign manager. Yoder is the managing attorney of a constitutional law firm based in Washington, D.C. and has litigated some of the nation's most high-profile political and constitutional cases.
The attorney also serves as Optik Consulting Strategies’ CEO and founder. Based in Miami, Florida, The firm focuses on campaign management including FEC compliance and IRS and tax code matters. According to their website, the firm helps “businesses and campaigns get ahead of change and capitalize on it as an opportunity.”
The Willie Montague campaign credits Yoder’s rich professional history and legal and political profile, as “exactly what it needs to flip District 10 red and remove Val Demings from Congress.”
Montague began his campaign early on in the 2022 campaign season and has already held a flurry of events and fundraisers throughout District 10 and across the nation.
Montague has already received an endorsement from GOP Star Kimberly Klacik and continues to gain traction within the District as his events routinely sell out.
While Montague does not currently face a primary challenger, when asked about whether he is concerned about the primary election, Montague responded, “My focus is on my campaign and how I can actively help my community. I am tired of watching politicians salivate at the sight power and use it to satisfy their voracious appetite for fame and control. It’s time we restore constituent-focused leadership in Congress and elect representatives that prioritize the best interests of the people, not their own self-serving agendas.”
Montague’s campaign continues to pick up steam rolling into April and he is expected to garner significant bi-partisan support as well as support from the GOP.
