DeSantis Rejects Biden Mandate

On Thursday Florida Governor Ron DeSantis promised to sue President Joe Biden over his administration's mandate on businesses to vaccinate or test workers for COVID-19.
President Biden stated last month that he would mandate businesses with more than 100 workers ensure their employees get vaccinated.
Although the verbiage of the mandate has not been publicized, the order will come down as a rule from the occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Governor DeSantis stated that Biden does not have the authority to issue the mandate without congressional approval.
